If your sheet masking game has been a bit meh lately, prepare to be shook. With a luxury mask look, feel, and ingredient list at a distinctly non-luxury  price, the Dr.Gloderm TABRX mask just may be a game changer. Here, contributing editor Sheryll shares her first impressions of the mask (and before-and-after shots).

When I get a new package of goodies to test out, I like to deep dive right in. I’m a bad beauty blogger and don’t patch test (shhhh!), but honestly, sometimes I just like to live on the wild side and get an initial first impression.

So last night, I decided to test out the new (and exclusive to Beautytap HAAAAY) Dr.Gloderm TABRX masks. And let me tell you.

They.

Are.

EVERYTHING.

OOOH GIRL.

I even have picture proof that they are everything so you know it’s real. (Scroll down to see the before-and-afters.)

Dr.Gloderm is a new brand that is co-founded by Seungri from BIGBANG, an executive behind the success of sheet mask mega brand Leaders Cosmetics, and over 50 top dermatologists from Seoul National University. Using a unique blend of marine plant extracts from the coast of Brittany, France, the team developed an extremely innovative skincare line that promises to lift sagging skin, calm irritation, and help balance dry and oily skin.

The Dr.Gloderm TABRX masks are very unique because each one includes a little oil packet, designed to boost hydration, lock in moisture, and give your skin the ultimate glow. Ya’ll know that I LOVE oils, so this mask is like a match made in heaven for me.

I tried and tested the Lift Up mask from the brand (the one in the pink packaging). And let me be the first to tell you that it is out of this world. Some notable ingredients include a marine-derived collagen protein that’s designed to firm and tone up the skin; Centella asiatica, which helps calm inflammation and increase collagen production; hyaluronic acid to boost hydration levels in the skin; and Hucell, which is a unique and revolutionary ingredient that’s designed to mimic your body’s own lipid composition — which of course means that all of that serum-y and oil-y goodness can really penetrate the skin and do its magic. Honestly, I’m just really in awe of all the science and technology that have gone into these masks. It’s out of this world!

So I did my normal nighttime routine and followed the Beautytap tip of using the oil first and then the mask. You can also do it the other way around, but by using the oil first, it seals in all of the nourishing oil. The oil felt incredibly lush and super moisturizing but not heavy or sticky or overly greasy. Both the mask and the oil have no discernable scent. The mask itself had a super soft cotton microfiber material and fit pretty well. I took it off after about 20 minutes, but I could’ve easily kept it on for longer.

After I took the mask off and looked at myself in the mirror, I was shooooook. My skin was visibly more moisturized and I had a megawatt glow. My skin was so hydrated that I didn’t even need to use a moisturizer at the end of my routine. And the best part, when I woke up in the morning, my skin looked and felt even better! I can’t deal. I’m going to have to buy all the masks now. I can’t wait to try the other “flavors,” especially the moisture and the whitening/brightening ones. If you don’t already, follow me on Instagram (@sheryllrenata) to see my first impressions on those! I’ll post them on my stories!

The Dr.Gloderm masks are also perfect for traveling because between the oil packet and the super lush mask, you don’t even really need to bring a moisturizer, unless you skin is super dry. For me, the mask was just enough!

Have you tried the Dr.Gloderm masks? Are you curious now? Let me know which sheet masks are your faves!
