Beautytap proudly offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $60. (That includes a tracking number!) For orders over $200, we offer free EMS shipping (that means you’ll get your order in 2-5 working days AFTER we process and ship out your order).  

 

All of our products are shipped sourced and directly from South Korea to ensure you get the latest, newest, freshest products (and not products that have been languishing in a hot warehouse somewhere). You don’t have to worry about  any products on our site being fake or counterfeit because we have a local team that reviews each product at our fulfillment center in Korea. 

 

*Products in cart must meet threshold amount to qualify. Minimum amount to qualify is calculated AFTER all discounts and promo codes are applied.

We offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING based on your country zone. (But hey, we offer free shipping + a tracking number on all orders over $60, so why not use the money for one more product and get free shipping?)

We regret that, due to reasons outside of our control, we’re unable to ship to the following countries: Bolivia, Colombia, Iraq, Moldova, Paraguay, and Turkey.

For your convenience, we accept most credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal.

 

Your order is generally processed and shipped within 2-7 days after receipt of payment. We use local Korea Post to ship orders.

*Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be charged a return fee and another shipping fee to re-send your package to you.

For orders over $60 that qualify for FREE SHIPPING, you also get a tracking number. Once a package has left Korea, we will contact you with a tracking number and link.

*Please note that Korea Post updates their tracking service according to your country’s tracking system. Therefore, if your country does not update Korea Post, Korea Post will also not be able to provide updated tracking information.

 

*Please note that if there is no update from Korea Post and your local post tracking, that means the package is at customs waiting to be cleared.

Because we work with over 100 manufacturers, some products may take longer to ship out or they may be out of stock by the time we receive your order. If that is the case, we will contact you and work with you to make it right!

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can ask for an exchange, return, or credit.
