Me encanta la fórmula para disolver el maquillaje. No reseca la piel. Lo recomiendo.

I may be in the minority here. I thought this balm was just ok. The reason why it's a 4/5 instead of 3/5 is because it did what it was supposed to do. It dissolved makeup just fine and rinsed away well. I personally prefer oil cleansers, especially ones that are cheap and can be ordered in bulk so that I can slather it generously. This balm is good but a tiny bit too expensive for me to allow myself to use generous amounts.

It is my first time using a cleansing balm and I have to say I love it. It melts everything quite fast, after I wash, my skin is not left dry, and of course, maybe the thing I like the most, it's not messy as my other makeup removers.

Okay, I understand the cult following behind this product, unlike many others I have tried in the last few months. The scent isn't too powerful. Personally, I find it great and slightly sweet. The consistency I think is what wins many people over. I was confused at first until I read to rub it all over THEN add water (lol). I have incredibly dry skin so I don't mind an oil cleanser (I use the Face Shop Rice Water Cleanser). But I can see the big appeal for this with combo skin. A small travel size of this would be... I have read so much about these cleansing balms and have been seriously wanting to try them. But I really like my oil cleansers , some I like way too much (yes, I'm looking at you Sandawha Camellia oil!). But, oil is my daughter's least favorite thing, so I ordered one of each flavor of these. Keeping my fingers crossed on her! And I just can't wait to give these a try.

I got this cleansing balm for my mother. She has been using it for a few months now and she loves it. It didn't dry out her skin nor did it affect it in any negative way. At the moment I'm also using it and it does its job well . So this cleansing balm definitely worked on both our skin types. That's why I'm getting back-ups since it's on sale.

Finally I can leave a review for this product that I’ve been enjoying so much in the past few months! I bought this on a whim in Seoul earlier this year because I vaguely remembered it to be a popular product. Later I learnt that this is newly formulated version, which replaces mineral oil with natural ester oil. I haven’t use a balm cleanser before this and I must say that I really like this! The balm melts so easily onto my skin without the drippiness of cleansing oils. It emulsifies easily with a bit of water, and cleanses the... Read more

Do you like better than oil cleanser?

Yes I do! I find it less messy than oil cleansers (no dripping). It emulsifies as well as my previous oil cleanser from Shu Uemura.

So glad you posted this about the cleansing balm. I am on my last couple of washes with my oil. I am getting really sick of the messy dripping of the oil, as you said. So, I am ordering the balm and stopping the drippy oil. Thanks so much, Pallechen. You are my lifesaver :)

Cleansing balms really are so convenient, especially for traveling!

Do you travel with the full-sized tub or do you decant into a smaller jar? I’m travelling for a few weeks next month and am also trying to travel light. So I’m still trying to see how to fit in the oil/balm cleanser step!

You’re most welcome, Lynda! That’s what this community is for ;) do let us know what you think about this balm when you start using it!

I've been switched over to using cleansing balms and oils for my cleanser in the morning and it's been awesome! I find that the fact that it's not foaming really helps to not over dry my skin but it still gets my face really nice and clean. This one has been awesome!

I got this as a freebie and absolutely loved it. I don't wear makeup often so this isn't something I normally use but when I do, oh my gosh, AMAZING *^*

besides from removing stubborn make-up, it leaves the skin smooth. totally this product works.
