And see what Michele of Unboxing Beauty has to say about the V-V Vitalizing Essence:

“I think I know what everyone is talking about when they mention that “chok chok glow”.  This product does temporarily firm and plump up my skin, while giving it a healthy radiance.  It is all temporary, but my skin seems to really like this V-V Vitalizing Essence a lot.  It doesn’t cause me to have greasy skin or breakouts, so this is a rare collagen-centric product that I can use!!   This increased by moisture levels by 33% and decreased my oils by 38%, which is a damn miracle for a collagen product!”

After cleansing and toning, dispense a dropper-full onto fingers and pat in all over the face. Follow with your favorite moisturizer.

Banila Co is a beauty brand that started with the mission of embracing modern Korean beauty, rather than following Western beauty trends. Inspired by the stylish women in Seoul, Banila Co promotes a beauty lifestyle that is unique to each individual and transcends the makeup you put on your face. They know that the Banila Co woman is savvy and creative, so rather than offering the same old thing, the brand looks for interesting and innovative twists to their beauty offerings, like the global favorite Clean It Zero cleansing balm, the It Radiant collection, and their most recent launch, the V-V Vitalizing “skincare for makeup” collection.

I love how the gel comes out really thick and then when you apply it to your face, it totally melts into a liquid and just sinks in like butter. It's so smooth and light, it always makes my skin feel so prepped for makeup.

What is the fragrance like in this product?

It does smell slightly perfume-y to me, which I'm not a fan of, but unless the fragrance is strong, they don't usually bother me too much. The fragrance in this one dissipates quickly so I'm fine with it.

That's good to know, I don't mind fragrance if it doesn't hang around on my face too long. I've gotten headaches from certain products before so I've become really cautious about that now. Thank you!
