The only problem with this cream is that it's thick and gives a bit of a white cast. But as you keep rubbing it in, it becomes a great moisturizer. This calms my redness in my cheeks very quickly. It's not sticky, which I appreciate. Also, a LITTLE goes a long way! The thickness of the cream works great with the cold weather!

I agree with the white cast. I use it as a spot treatment on my blemishes at night. I just pat on a thick layer on my blemishes and it really helps calm them overnight. I like that there's no alcohol, unlike other thick pink spot treatments.
