Its watery texture but not super greasy. Does the job well but it does leave a slightly ashy finish when you first apply it (if you have tan skin), but that disappears after a few minutes.
Edit: just wanted to mention after repeated use, the ashy effect was mostly due to moisture (water or toner), it disappears when the skin is mostly dryIt doesn't happen when I sweat so not sure why thats happening lol
