About the product

What Is It:

If a drop a day will keep the skin doctor away, then Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop is your prescription for brighter skin tone, smaller looking pores, and a smoother appearance. Formulated with 5% Ascorbic Acid (pure Vitamin C), the Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop is an anti-aging hero that also helps fade existing acne scars and dark spots as it prevents new ones from occurring. Unlike other pure Vitamin C serums and oils, this innovative formula packed with antioxidants is non-irritating even for sensitive skin and boasts a longer shelf life.

Our insight:

This lightweight serum is great for layering into your skincare routine. Make sure to store it in a cool, dry place to slow down oxidation, which is normal for ascorbic acid products. How to use:

1. Dispense 1 to 2 drops of serum directly on the face or onto the palm of hands and apply onto cleansed, toned face.
2. Follow up with moisturizer.
3. If you have extremely sensitive skin, blend a drop of serum into your moisturizer.

I've literally purchased this five times in the past two years. Definitely part of my holy grail skincare products. This helps me a lot with my acne scars and hyper pigmentations; making them lighter in just three days! Just a little side note when using this though: (1) Sunscreen helps prevent your vitamin C from oxidizing on the skin, so applying sunscreen on top of this will boost its effectiveness while also preventing blackheads, and (2) since vitamin C is effectively an acid, layering it with AHAs and BHAs like glycolic, salicylic, and lactic acids is a big NO-NO. Amazing product!

Gentle and moisturizing....

Oh so you’re looking for something to brighten and overall add plumpness and glow to your skin? This is it. It helps with past acne scars, dark spots, and dull complexion. Adding this into your regime (with a sunscreen OF COURSE) is truly a game changer.

A great vitamin c serum for starters! It's mild and effective. Since it has a low percentage of Vitamin C, it didn't irritate my skin. The process was slow, but it helped with fading my hyperpigmentation! I always restock on this product! Love love love it!
