About the product
What Is It:
Formulated with 50% Centella asiatica, PURITO Centella Green Level Recovery Cream boosts the skin barrier, lightens dark spots, smooths fine lines, and moisturizes the skin, all in a light textured cream. Unlike other “cica” porducts, PURITO does not use a Centella extract that is mostly water. Rather, this cream features a powder form that is rich in asiaticoside, asiatic acid, and madecassic acid, which have been shown to stimulate collagen synthesis and have anti-inflammatory effects. All the ingredients in this powerful yet non-irritating cream has a rating of EWG level 1 (green/safe), including niacinamide, shea butter, and Tremella fuciformis (mushroom) extract, so it’s great for even sensitive skin types. Macadamia oil, argan oil, and ceramides deeply moisturize skin, while witch hazel soothes as it minimizes the appearance of pores.
Tested by the Korean Institute of Dermatological Science to be non-irritating, this cream is free of 20 potentially irritating ingredients and known allergens. Because no preservatives are used in this cream, it is recommended that you store this cream in the refrigerator (like you would fresh fruit) and use as soon as possible.
Beautyfindsforme raves about the PURITO Centella Green Level Recovery Cream:
“This is so lightweight, that I am going to say ~ oily skinned peeps ~ you are going to LOVE this healing cream for summer! This cream increased my moisture levels by 32% and decreased my oil levels by 38% …. “It doesn’t make my skin feel greasy or look oily …! For those whose skin is drier than mine, I think you might need to supplement this with another moisturizer, but for me, I was able to use this as a moisturizer without issues. It helps calm my skin and reduce redness and inflammation.” — beautyfindsforme
How to use:
After your serum step, apply the cream to the face and pat in. (Careful —the cream can come out fast so squeeze the tube gently!) Can also be used on the body. For best results, store in the refrigerator or in a dry, cool place.

Deriving its name from the English word “purity” and the Chinese character for “soil” (土), PURITO wants to be open and transparent about what its customers are putting on their skin. To that end, they utilize pure and natural ingredients derived from the earth, ensuring that their ingredients are EWG Green (safe) and toxin/chemical-free whenever possible. Aware of the “green-washing” going on in the beauty industry, PURITO aims to be open and honest with its customers, providing products that are truly natural and safe, even for a child’s skin. One example is their use of purified water instead of extract water, which can sometimes irritate sensitive skin types.
PURITO also doesn’t believe that fancy packaging or expensive marketing or spokesmodels are indicative of a great skincare product, so they spend their money on the formulation and ingredients, not “appearance.” They strive to use eco-friendly packaging, they never test on animals, and they believe in making great skincare affordable so everyone can use it.
