Domestic Shipping Policy (Beautytap ASAP ONLY):

 

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Domestic Shipping rates & Delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Standard transit time is 3 business days. Free for orders over $25, Flat Rate for orders under $25 is $10. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to the carrier.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses:

Beauty Tap, www.beautytap.com, ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, including shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

International Shipping Policy (GLOBAL, non-Beautytap ASAP): 

 

International Shipping rates & Delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DHL Free for orders over $70, Flat Rate for orders under $70 is $30. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to the carrier. (US)

DHL/EMS Free for orders over $120, Flat Rate for orders under $120 vary according to different zones. (Non-US)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can keep updated with the status of your delivery here:

Beauty Tap, www.beautytap.com, is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

 

Damages:

 

Beauty Tap, www.beautytap.com,is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact customer service at https://beautytap.com/contact-us/  to file a shipment carrier claim. Please save all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
