Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Beautytap ONLY directly ships items that are “Added to Cart” from our website. All other items are processed by our brand partners on their websites. 

 

USA Domestic Shipping Policy :

 

Shipment processing time:

All orders for full size items are processed and shipped out in 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

FULL SIZE PRODUCTS DIRECTLY FROM OUR SITE

Expected shipping times of 3-5 days in the USA as our warehouse is in Las Vegas, NV. This only applies to products that you checked out on our website.

Each brand partner’s website and affiliate partners have their own shipping standards so please check on their site. 

 

SAMPLE SIZE DIRECTLY FROM OUR SITE

5-7 days from time samples are processed from our Seattle, WA sample center. We only process samples twice a week so expect a few extra days for the processing. Samples are separately processed and shipped from full size products so expect multiple packages arriving at different schedules. 

 

Domestic Shipping rates & Delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Standard transit time is 3 business days. Free for orders over $35, Flat Rate for orders under $35 is $10. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to the carrier.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses:

Beautytap, www.beautytap.com, ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, including shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

 

Brand Partners & Affiliates Shipping:

Please review all shipping rates and policy for our affiliate brands on the brand’s website. Beautytap does not manage or guarantee the shipping or deliveries for our affiliate brands. All of our affiliate brands have been verified and approved by Beautytap, but each brand has their own shipping policies. 

 

 

International Shipping Policy (Non-USA): 

 

International Shipping rates & Delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DHL/EMS Free for orders over $120, Flat Rate for orders under $120 vary according to different zones. (Non-US)

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking:

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can keep updated with the status of your delivery here:

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

 

Beauty Tap, www.beautytap.com, is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

 

 

Damages:

 

Beauty Tap, www.beautytap.com,is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once it leaves our warehouse. If you received your order damaged, please contact customer service at https://beautytap.com/contact-us/  to file a shipment carrier claim. Please save all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
