Beautytap is opening its first Asian beauty “store-within-a-store” in Bloomingdale’s at South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, California. You’ll be able to shop from over 45 different Asian beauty brands and over 250 different products IN STORE! (Can you say Mediheal, My Beauty Diary, Blanc & Eclare, Haruharu, Paul & Joe, Romand, and Whamisa — yup, we’ve got Whamisa — among many others?) Talk about a major moment!
Not only that, Beautytap is offering a new experiential shopping experience that is personalized to you with its digital face analysis via smart mirror. Just scan your face, type in some info, and you’ll be given specific skincare recommendations not only for your skin type but also for your budget. This means no more guessing what may or may not work for you! (We tried this smart mirror at Cosmoprof, and it was pretty cool.)
To celebrate the grand opening, Beautytap and Stylecon are putting on a special event on Saturday, October 26 at Bloomingdale’s called “K-Beauty Pop” from 11 AM to 4 PM. It’ll be a day of panels hosted by Melanie Bromley, co-host, Live from E!, as well as glam experiences, contests, and giveaways. AZN Labs will also be launching its new Afterglow Lip Mask and Eye Patch at the event, so you can get that astaxanthin goodness specifically targeted for your delicate eye and lip areas. The first 100 checked-in attendees will each receive a gift bag filled with $100 in goodies, and guests spending at least $50 on that day will receive a gift with purchase worth $250.
