I love all kinds of memes, but as a skincare enthusiast and beauty lover, there’s a special place in my heart for skincare memes (especially ones ragging on St. Ives because … it’s trash). So I took a trip down my saved posts on Instagram so I could share my favorite and most relatable memes.

Who here hasn’t blown a big chunk of a paycheck on skincare, but when you actually need to buy food and necessities you’re a penny pincher? I mean, that’s my life to a T. A hundred fifty dollars at Sephora for a lipstick, a cleanser, and an eyeshadow palette? SURE. A hundred fifty on groceries? Makes me want to curl into a ball and sob.

This killed me. The sun is nice and all, but it’s also our mortal enemy. Wear sunscreen POR FAVOR.

I may or may not be the one that rolls up to my boyfriend’s family’s house for Christmas with one regular suitcase, and then five separate bags of beauty products. I mean, there has to be one for my hair products, one for makeup, two for skincare (one is nighttime, one is daytime), and then all of my shower accessories. It’s hard being me!

WOW. I feel attacked. Who doesn’t remember my great over-exfoliating drama that I made worse by using insane peels like 3 times a week on top of daily exfoliation? Now I know better. Remember, take care of that moisture barrier first. She will thank you!

This meme dragged meeeeee. I’ve gotten MUCH better at using all of my skincare after I did an eye-opening purge, but Sheryll in a previous life was constantly chasing the next new (and expensive) product. Now I shop my stash so my products don’t get sad and neglected.
