The Face Shop has a Dr. Belmeur line with a BB Blemish Balm cushion that offers sheer coverage but also has tons of fabulous ingredients to keep your skin clear! It’s only in 1 shade and more of a pink undertone however it gives “just enough” coverage without looking like coverage (hope that made sense). I typically wear it on days when I want to have a protective barrier on my face and I’m in my twenties so this would be perfect for a teen!

not sure that if this product comes in different shades or not but this blogger says that it has a pink undertone. Hope this helps!
