Hi Ladies! How do you deal with Pre/PostMS breakouts in terms of your diet? I’ve largely cut out dairy (except for my coffee and the occasional dessert) from my diet and I don’t consume sugary drinks for the most part, but I still drink coffee even during menstruation although I’m wondering if this might be an issue. Do you find any links between your eating habits and acne flares? I’d love to hear what you guys might have to share!
So I’ve been using Lush’s Angels on Bare Skin clay-based cleanser as my 2nd step cleanser and I freaking love it. It’s highly exfoliating without ANY stripping and nourishing BUT it’s expensive AF (17$/100mg that lasts less than 2 months if you use daily) AND it’s got gigantic chunks of rice and almond in it. I mean it’s great that it does, but it leaves chunks of cleanser on my face AND in my sink.
So I’m looking for a similar non-foaming kaolin cleanser and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions?
I’m a little upset about the 30$ EMS only shipping to Canada :'( Why no love for Canadaland?
Anyone have any recommendations for a good CC cream for oily/combo skin for under $30?
