Tip of the day: Don’t forget the decolletage.
The decolletage (cleavage area) is one of the first places to show signs of aging. Make sure to take your moisturizer and sunscreen down to this area, even if it’s not exposed. Look for products that repair and firm like, Restorsea Repairing Neck and Decollatage Treatment.
Tip of the day: Try dry brushing before a bath or shower. Benefits include:
– Helping the body rid itself of toxins.
– Increasing circulation and energy.
– Helping to break down cellulite.
– Stimulating the lymphatic system.
Apply True Moringa Tranquility (Moringa + Lavender) Face, Hair, Body Oil afterwards. Moringa oil is rich in oleic, behenic, and linoleic acid to increase the permeability of skin, minimize the appearance of scars and stretch marks, and restore a natural glow.

Tip of the day: When layering skin care products, apply products from thinnest to thickest.
Tip of the day: Try switching to a silk pillowcase to combat dry skin and hair from low humidity winter weather. Cotton pillowcases can wick moisture away from hair and skin and undo all that lovely product layering you did before bed ;-).
Tip of the day: thinning lashes? Apply Jamaican black castor oil daily with a Q-tip or spoolie.
JBC oil strengthens hair and encourages growth; you can also use it to re-grow over plucked eyebrows and hair loss from Traction Alopecia.
Want the smoothest, baby-softest feet of your life?
Mix rice flour with apple cider vinegar until it forms a paste. Rub in a circular motion onto your footsies (pre-soaked in a foot bath or while in the shower).
Rinse thoroughly and follow with a body moisturizer hydrate and seal in moisture, like Aptiva Pure Jasmine Moisturizing Body Milk, that contains skin silkening shea butter, olive and sunflower oils.
Tip of the day: results take time.
Some changes happen more quickly than others: you\’ll achieve more hydrated skin before you get rid of hyperpigmentation, for example.
Slow and steady wins in the long run. Gentle, consistent treatments work best. And while it can be tempting to attack skin care concerns aggressively, you can actually end up with more of what you don\’t want i.e. sun sensitivity, scarring, sensitized skin that can lead to more hyperpigmentation.
Give a new product about 6 weeks (unless it\’s irritating) to see if its benefits. Some products, like prescription Retin-A can take even longer (about 12 weeks) but are well worth the wait.

So excited to see Epicuren on the platform. One of my first skin care loves, it’s the first brand I worked with when starting as Esthetician. Epicuren is 90% natural and almost entirely fragrance-free (fragrance is one of the most toxic ingredients in cosmetics). Epicuren is VERY results-driven – the Hot Peel is one of my first obsessions and one of the products that clients would see amazing results from after a facial. They’re eco-conscious and 100% cruelty free with a commitment to lowering their carbon footprint. Read more about this amazing line below.
