Get Acne Under Control with This Science-Backed Skincare Brand

This Sulfur mask is not the worst but not the greatest. I tried using it as a spot treatment and as an all over mask and I liked it as a spot treatment, but the mask was very drying and I didn't feel like I saw any improvement in my breakouts. I left it on the spots for a while and didn't see much happen. My skin is very sensitive and picky about what it likes so this may have just been the way my skin reacted, but as an esthetician I don't feel like this is strong enough for someone dealing with breakouts. If you have clogged pores or small spots it may clear those, but for cystic spots or pustules I felt like it didn't do much of anything. I like the scent, and I liked the texture, and I felt like it was soothing to my skin as a mask. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars, but besides that I was not super impressed.

This sunscreen is really good! I use it in the mornings under my makeup and it has zero pilling, zero breakouts from it, and it blends really nicely. It is a little sticky and tacky feeling on my skin which I wasn't a big fan of, but overall I think it is one of the best mineral sunscreens I have tried. I liked the tint it has to it, and I have very pale skin, and it still wasn't too dark on me. I didn't feel like I needed a bunch of it either, a little goes a long way. I have been impressed by all of the Clearstem products I have tried and this one is no exception! I have a really hard time finding sunscreen that doesn't make me have cystic acne or whiteheads and this one didn't cause any breakouts or clogged pores. I used it every morning and had great results with it!

I'm a beauty enthusiast who has red hair and freakles. We all know the importance of sun screen for everyone. It is a must to wear it everyday to keep the dermatologist away. Like many others I used to forget to put on sunscreen everyday. Making it part of my skin care routine in the morning helped me remember. I love the fact that it doubles as a primer. The top ingredient is zinc oxide which my dermatologist always recommends for me to get. The first time I put it on I only did one side of my face to see the difference was crazy. It was like one side of my face had no imperfections while the other one was looking a little rough. The tint of this sunscreen was perfect for me, I think any fair skin person could just wear this without makeup. It went on smoothly and really don't have a smell at all. My skin wasn't dry or oily after using it. Everyone I think would love this sunscreen to implement into their own skincare routine.

As a beauty enthusiast, I love to wash my hair with a shampoo that lathers good and smells great. I never really knew they made shampoo that was geared toward acne. I know people have issues with acne but I never really thought about shampoo being a cause of acne. I was excited to try this and see if any of my acne issues on my neck would clear up. It lathered up perfectly for me and I got a good scrub in on my head. The smell of speriment was really all I could smell the whole time. I love spearmint with other things but not so much my hair. It was too strong of a smell for me, for my hair to be so close to my nose that is all I could smell for that night. I know that all my great smelling shampoo has all the ingredients that clog my pores and that using this a non- comedogenic shampoo would definitely help with any acne issues. I feel that this shampoo would be good for a spa day or two but I wouldn't use it every time I washed my hair. It did leave it soft and feeling great. People who have bad acne and struggle with it constantly I think this would be a great product.
