I never thought I'd be THIS impressed with a day cream! This luxury cream is clinically tested and proven to firm &amp; tighten the skin. It also blocks blue light (from phones, ring lights, etc.), plumps, and hydrates with ingredients like Squalane, Algae Extracts, and Turmeric. As someone who deals with blemish-prone skin, the gel-like texture is super lightweight and non-clogging. It's perfect for all skin types with its silicone-free formula but may not be best for those who don't like essential oils in their skincare as this contains a few that gives an aromatherapy benefit. The scent is pretty mild, in my opinion, but still not overbearing unless you just have a sensitive nose. Turmeric is also known to clarify complexion which is why I believe I notice a healthy glow and slightly clearer skin after every application. It's the first cream I reach for in my morning routine, especially because being a content creator, I am constantly working in front of screens and lights the majority of the day. Even though I don't suffer from wrinkles and aging signs YET, I love anti-aging and stress protection as a 25-year-old mom of 3 (2 kids and a Baby Pitbull) as it's never too early to start protecting that collagen from decreasing! I noticed the plumpness and even a bit of firming after 3 weeks, and smoother, glowing skin instantly! I love how Elemis Clinically Tests their products to ensure these ingredients are working and this new launch, The Pro-Collagen Morning Matrix, is definitely unique with its innovative and natural ingredients. Overall, I think this is perfect for anyone who enjoys splurging a little/ loves luxury skincare, and is looking for blue light protection, anti-aging, and/or firming benefits. I’ve been in the beauty retail industry for over six years, and love when I can learn about new technologies and ingredients like in this cream. I was really excited to try this. If you’ve seen my other reviews, you know I don’t hold back when a product just isn’t for me. The smell wasn’t my favorite, but worse than that, it made my eczema flare on my face. I applied it around the eyes, forehead/between my brows, and along my laugh lines since it is supposed to help prevent wrinkles. The patch showed up on my right cheek in the area I applied the cream. I’ve had eczema patches over the years, but I have kept it in check by paying attention when something new is introduced to my skincare routine. That was the case when I was using this cream. Once I stopped use for a couple of days, the patch disappeared.&nbsp;The good news is it never made me have a break out near my eyes, so I could continue applying it to help prevent my crows feet from becoming too noticeable. However, I find it frustrating when anti aging products are not eye safe. Of course you don’t want to get any of this cream in your eye, but eye safe formulas tend to give me more peace of mind when using a product around that sensitive area. For best results, warm the cream between your two hands before applying it to your face. The reason why this is three stars is because I cannot see myself buying this again, or adding it to my permanent skincare routine because I had a reaction to it, and the price is out of my budget.

ELEMIS merges clinical with botanicals and produces luxurious highly effective products. ELEMIS Pro -Collagen Morning Matrix is a day cream that’s going to give your skin protection from the daily stressors such as environment, computer screen exposure, and the natural process of aging. For me what stood out about this product is it’s water based and its lightweight consistency. My skin can easily become dehydrated based on inconsistency in the outside temperatures or hormonal changes. ELEMIS Pro- Collagen Morning Matrix smells clean and fresh and absorbs quickly on the skin. Throughout the day my face felt hydrated and soft to the touch. It paired really well with my concealer and powder foundation to create a smooth makeup look. I don’t consider myself to have sensitive skin however because the ingredients in ELEMIS Pro- Collagen Morning Matrix are potent I would advise not to apply until 24-48 hours after facial waxing. **This review was created through an educational promotional event hosted between the brand and beauty experts.**

In the world of high end high quality products, you have Elemis. Elemis is a line made from ingredients from the ocean and it is amazing. This particular product, Pro-collagen Morning Matrix is the bomb! The scent is wonderful, the texture is very light and just a little bit goes a long way. When you put it on your skin, you will feel a very cool sensation all over, so guess who I recommend this product to? Menopausal women! It is SOOO cooling and fresh, I just love it! This product is ideal for mature women. It has super ingredients like Red Sea brown seaweed Padina Pavonica Ferment which protects cell membranes and Japanese Artemisia Capillaris which provides strong antioxidant activity. Because I use very high end products on my skin most of the time, my skin is in good condition to actually notice a difference in the short period of time I've had to test the product. However, knowing about the ingredients it contains, I KNOW I am using a great product that will continue adding benefits to my skin care routine.
