This was an exciting product since I'm usually really into lip gels. The color was nice and the applicator was also a good touch and allowed for easy application. However, the formula was too sticky for me. It didn't really apply well on my lips and it actually accentuated my lip lines. The product also didn't stay on my ellipse very well and rubbed off pretty easily. For example, if I was drinking something, a lot of it would come off on the cup whenever I drink. I will say that the shine was pretty good though. I do wish the texture wasn't so thick and slimy. I also didn't really see any changes to the plumpness of my lips. I would say that the only plus for this was the shine. But other than that, I think the formula could be improved on.

I have combination skin that is also acne prone. It's also dehydrated, which makes it really hard to find products that won't flake on my skin. I was really interested in the collagen aspect of this, since I know that's good for skin. This product wasn't sticky at all. It also blended very smoothly onto my skin. To my surprise, it didn't cake or flake on my skin, which is what usually happens. The formula isn't really thick, and with the applicator it was pretty easy to apply. The formula feels really pleasant and it stayed on throughout the day despite my oily skin. Usually I use powder blush, but this also stayed on my skin without issue which was great. I pretty much use this almost every day now, since it works so well. It also did not cause any irritation or breakouts.

Gwen Stefani has done it once again with this GXVE Original Me High-Performance Matte Lipstick. Her packaging is always fabulous. The products smell sweet and like vanilla but not overpowering. The texture was smooth, and glided on the lips easily. The pigment of the lipstick was rich and stimulating. The product stayed on well for me. I also put chapstick on before a matte lipstick to help with moisture and application. You can always reapply throughout the day to keep your lips, looking, vibrant and bold. This product is vegan and cruelty-free which is a must. It’s formulated, clean and women-owned what’s not to love. Overall, I’m a fan of this GXVE Original Me High-Performance Matte Lipstick for the functionality and convenience for quick beautiful lips.

This Anaheim Shine High-Performance Satin Lipstick has been a game changer. My five years in the industry I have learned lots and learned what products are good to work with and which ones are more challenging. This product is easy to use. It was highly pigmented. It smelled amazing, but not overpowering. The texture was fabulous. The packaging was even better. It makes me feel like I’m back in the 90s. This product is cruelty, free and vegan just like most of Gwen Stefani’s line. I did have to reapply throughout the day but the product was again very easy to use so not a big deal. I did have some transfer when I tried to apply a gloss on top which is to be expected with matte lipstick in my experience. Overall I love the product and will be using it again!
