The texture of it is so creamy, it literally applies to the skin so smoothly like melted butter. It is wonderful at removing my make up at the end of the day. You don't need to apply a lot either, a little goes a long way. I sometimes apply a little water with it too. After using it I like to apply a hot wash cloth to get all of the balm off of my skin. It definitely leaves my skin feeling hydrated and clean. This cleansing balm is my new favorite, it also smells so good ( not strongly scented at all )

My name is Jessica and I have been a cosmetologist for almost 5 years now. I have tried a large variety of different cleansing products for hydration especially. When I first opened up the packaging I noticed how dense the container was. I always enjoyed quality packaging and was very pleased with this. When I first checked what it smelt like. I would say it smells relatively like baby powder. I really didn't mind it at all. Its not overpowering so someone who is sensitive to smells may not mind. I asked my husband what it smelt like to him. He said it barely smelt like anything. So it depends on the person. But I believe this is not for someone looking for a fragrance free product.The only thing I wished this came with was a little spatula to scoop up. I prefer not to dip my fingers in there. The product at first looked like it would be a harder consistency but it felt like butter and scooped up very easily. After using this for about 2 weeks, I noticed how my skin didn't feel dried out. I would advise others looking to use this and they wear a full face of makeup to instead use a makeup remover first. I did not feel like it removed makeup that well. This is best suited for someone that enjoys using multiple products and not an all in one.
