I recieved this product from the brand + beautytap in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.I have very dry, easily irritated skin so I find that I can't use retinol too often because it accelerates said irritation. When I am testing a retinol, I use it once or twice a week for a few weeks to get a good litmus on what the irritation factor is. I did have some dryness and tightness after the second day so I switched to once a week. I use it two days in a row and the second day I have irritation. That won't affect my review however, because I have yet to find a retinol in ANY capacity that doesn't do that. I will say, the product felt really nice on application. It's veyr creamy and easy to smooth across my skin. It wasn't fragranced which is a huge plus. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because it's a nice product but it didn't blow my mind.

I recieved this product from the brand + beautytap in exchange for an honest review.I'll admit, I am a skincare junkie. I'm a licensed esthetician with 15+ years of experience in the skincare world. I love an anti-aging serum more than anything (except maybe exfoliating...). I have to be honest, however, and say that I didn't really notice a dramatic difference even after using the product daily for the whole bottle. It felt nice, it didn't cause a reaction or breakouts, and it played well under makeup. These are all great things, and I'm sure that the ingredients probably did something beneficial for my skin. MDpen is a lovely brand and is well respected in the industry so I would recommend it as a serum if you're pleased with the result. It didn't do anything for me so I personally wouldn't use it again.

The MDPen Cellular Renewal Serum is a must have product in my opinion for anyone that is looking to get rid of or prevent wrinkles. Wrinkles contrary to popular belief actually can be prevented and/or erased without the use of expensive and painful injectables. The MDPen Cellular Renewal Serum is highly effective without any adverse effects. I have been using it as a part of my nightly skincare regiment. Something that I really appreciated about the MDPen Cellular Renewal Serum is that it works very quickly and the results are noticeable within just a week’s time after daily use. In most cases any time I have used products with retinol in them they leave my skin feeling very dry. The MDPen Cellular Renewal Serum is extremely hydrating to the skin. It left my skin feeling soft and smooth and looking much plumper and firmer.

The MDPen Radiant Retinol 1% Balancing Complex is a truly fantastic product. I am typically leery of using retinol products because they make my skin very sensitive to the sun and make my skin prone to burning. Retinol has also sometimes given my skin a tingling or burning sensation. The MDPen Radiant Retinol 1% Balancing Complex is very easy on the skin. It did not cause any adverse reactions, and there is nothing that I would change about it. The MDPen Radiant Retinol 1% Balancing Complex has a smooth and silky texture that glides onto your skin and leaves it feeling soft and hydrated. I don’t have many wrinkles to begin with, but I did notice that my skin looked more plump and supple than it did before I began using it. I would suggest using this product before bed vs during the day in order to avoid any sensitivity to the sun. Overall, I very much liked it and would recommend it!
