After I received the Naternal  CBD Muscle Cream from Beautytap in exchange for my honest review, I was quite excited. I tore my MCL several months ago and had just completed physical therapy. I’ve been active my whole life and was worried about causing further damage upon returning to the gym. This cream is fast-acting and also moisturizes my skin – which is a huge benefit! I apply it after my workouts and before bed. My kids are athletes so we are constantly trying different muscle creams. We’ve found that the CBD properties have a great effect – more so than the other creams that we’ve tried on the market. The menthol smell is wonderful and refreshing! Each pump gives you a specific amount of mg per pump! The Naternal company put a lot of thought into their products which creates trust with us consumers. I am satisfied with this product and look forward to keeping it in our home.

At first, I was a little hesitant to use a CBD product. But after carefully reviewing the information from the masterclass in exchange for my honest review, I was excited to give this product a try. I'm a single mother of 3, so my days are extremely busy. After the kids are settled in for the night, I have very little time to decompress. Thus, my sleep is never restful as my mind is always running. An hour before bedtime, I take 1 ml under my tongue and keep it under there as long as I could to make sure the product is absorbed quickly. This product features an additional ingredient called, “CBN,” which gives more of a sedative effect which I believe helps my body relax and sleep soundly. This is something I haven’t been able to do for years! In comparison to melatonin, I feel this product works much better. The blend of vanilla and lavender is amazing and was a nice surprise! I am very impressed with this product’s results, the packaging and the company’s transparency! A big thumbs up!

Naternal CBD muscle cream came at the right moment I was moving and riding with my bf on his sport motorcycle so I was so sore and in pain. A lot of pain. Cbd has anti inflammatory properties. Arnica helps with bruises, muscle aches and arthritis pain. Camphor is an anti-septic and anti-bacterial that also heals pain. This is a fast acting natural relief compared to others. 
Their packaging is simple and eco friendly. 
The smell isn’t so heavy like biofreeze. Yes people I use biofreeze, tiger balm, etc so me saying that this doesn’t smell like that is a good thing. The mg is on the package I do suggest start off with a small amount 2,000 is 20mg per pump. I use this on my lower back and my wrists before riding. Use this on my temples also and still do to help with my migraine- which are a constant. Oh do not put on open wounds, it will hurt.

Naternal was created out of love for a child that was having night terrors, so she wouldn’t have to be on pharmaceuticals. I do believe that doctors do go right to prescriptions so that this helps people with sleep and anxiety is so helpful. CDC guildline for adults are 7+ hours of sleep. Right now I can tell you that this is not me. 
The Naternal Rest Cbd + cbn is a new thing to me, well half. I have used Cbd products before but cbn is new to me. CBN is created when THC-A oxidizes.CBN can be used effectively as a sleep aid. Cbd helps with anxiety and stress. This for me doesn’t taste so good. I did like the lavender but I can still taste the herbal part. Ok so here’s the deal I have been so stressed out and my anxiety levels are through there roof. Im not one to get to sleep easily at all. Did it get me to sleep faster ? I have no idea. I don’t know if my body just gave out on me or this helped to get me to rest. I believe it help with anxiety levels.
