Ol’ reliable is what i always call this handy dandy tool. A gua sha is a tool that stimulates a specific part of the body and is super beneficial. It promotes blood circulation, promotes lymphatic drainage which can eliminate fluid build up, which in return can reduce puffiness. And my favorite, after dealing with a toddler all day, it relieves muscle tension by applying pressure in specific problem areas which can untangle knotted areas and release built up muscular tension. Gua sha has been proven to help relieve tension in the face, reduce puffiness and inflammation, even more so with how this Gua Sha is stainless steel, its constantly cold and feels amazing on the skin. I personally love using with a body oil like jojoba oil or even (especially!) using my serums on my face.

The SACHEU Beauty GUA SHA!! AHH, I have been so geeked to use this facial massage tool! When I was in esthetics school, lymphatic drainage was one of my favorite things to learn because it was such a relaxing experience. What is awesome about this Gua Sha is that it is stainless steel so that means it is anti-bacterial so it's non-porous, which prevents bacteria build-up that can transfer to your skin, it has a natural cooling feeling and it's durable! I use this took with jojoba oil just because it mimics our natural sebum and it gives me the slip I need to glide across my face. Using this every day helps drains lymph fluids from the face so it gives you a natural contour and it relieves tension in your facial muscles to help prevent wrinkles.
