Varenti Beauty Professional Makeup Brush was actually founded in Queens, New York. Where I am from ! This is a brand that realized that the small business were mostly male dominated so they created this brand to give back. Through their website, every purchase made empowers women entrepreneurs. I used to love using beauty blenders and my fingers but since Covid it has been brushes for me. As a makeup artist I do love this brush and I always need a couple of good brushes. It is dome shaped in which I am all for. I use this for liquid foundations, primers, and creams. It is also great for buffing ! I believe using I lighter pressure could be easier for blending out foundation. This brush is sturdy in your hands. I haven’t seen fall out of the bristles when applying or cleaning. The bristle are soft. I love using it on myself and my clients. The price point isn’t bad either for this quality.

I actually did away with brushes for a long time now. I just didn’t love the kind of coverage and the feeling on my face. Until the Veranti brush came into my life. Hello Italian hand made brush.  What I really enjoy about this is the softness. But it has form so that you’re not having to push too hard into your skin for it to apply the product. I like to use concealer and foundation with this. I think it’s the perfect size application. 

There was zero fallout of brush hairs when I used this and when I cleaned it. That’s a huge deal. It is expertly made and it shows. It blends beautifully wnd I find myself reaching for this instead of using my usual finger dab method for applying concealer. I tend to not use a lot of foundation but it has helped me to use the concealer on my chin area quite easily. 

As a professional makeup artist I can’t stress enough how important it is to have  a couple of good brushes. When I’m coaching clients on an everyday application I generally will use one brush to do the entire face. This is a great multipurpose brush. I’d recommend using this for the entire skin application ( primer, foundation, concealer, contour, blush, bronzer, highlighter.) The bristles are soft and help blend product quite seamlessly. 
I tried using cream and powder products with the brush and both worked well. With cream products everything blended nicely without much effort, and with powder i noticed using lighter pressure made it easier to blend. If you’re looking for just one brush to keep your application simple this could really speed up your makeup application!            

I have been using this brush every time I apply makeup on myself for the past 2 weeks and really love the application. The brush is extremely well made and has a luxurious heavy weight to it. It’s a dense and soft brush, great for achieving a full coverage foundation look. I have tried and used a ton of makeup brushes from being in the industry for 5+ years. This brush was similar in quality to IT cosmetic brushes and Chanel brushes. A make it or break it for me is when a brush sheds little hairs all over your face and thank god this brush does not do that! It blends the product beautifully without soaking it all up and absorbing it. I definitely think it is 100% worth the price point. You will have this brush for years! I really look forward to using other brushes from Varenti.
