Alo Yoga is the best brand to have the highest quality spa oils and I am totally in love with every drop of every product.  Beautiful naturally relaxing, calming and revitalizing ingredients help soothe, hydrate, calm and pamper the body and the soul.  I enjoy this beauty with the joyable relaxing peppermint and tea tree essential oils.  Love the smell and the overall feel.  I enjoy to use this wonder product especially after a long day at work or after gym to help soothe my muscles too.  It literally is beautification of the whole self.  Especially if you are a working parent you really deserve this pampering at least couple of times a week. It helps to calm the muscles nerves and makes you feel great after all the stresses of everyday life.  I highly recommend this wonder beauty to all that loves themselves!

Aromas are a large part of my professional practice and personal habits. My treatments incorporate aromas that are based in nature in order to create a sense of relaxation and well being for individuals that I am treating, and in most cases, my own therapy as well. There's been a backlash on products being "scented" in the beauty industry for various reasons such as sensitivities, manufacturing processes and so forth. I love the fact that there are still companies who realize how impactful aromas can be. Often times, sensitivities to aromas can be attributed to using synthetic and/or poorly formulated items. What I can say is that this product has a beautiful and high quality blend of essential oils that create a refreshing experience. Because of the presence of peppermint, eucalyptus,  and tea tree oil, this creates a soothing , yet enlivening effect. I found this to also be useful for those of us who have seasonal allergies (think Spring ) and congestion. I am not so sure that a person who prefers more gourmand aromas such as vanilla, it florals such as rose and jasmine would like this product (although I know from experience this isn't a hard rule).I would however recommend this to a variety of people, especially those who really enjoy more astringent and sharper aromas. Alo Yoga Essential Oils Blend Breathe & Spa, what can I say about this. I do like using pure essential oils in spa events for work and also at home but since spas at work are closed at the moment, home it is. The use of essential oils has been around since ancient times: helping people sleep, breath and when they’re stressed. I used them when I have headaches. This scent open up my sinuses completely. Which is a no brainer with ravintsara, eucalyptus, tea tree, and laurel leaf these oils are refreshing, energizing, and invigorating. 
This helped me out so much when I was sick   It really did open my chest. Self care at home while opening up the airways ! I used this in a diffuser, in the shower, on a cotton ball when I’m stressed at work. P.S. when I had/have migraines, put a drip on my finger tips and massage my temples.
