Of course no pain means no gain but with a product like Alo Glow system not only preps your mentality to have a great workout but help alleviate pain. With the use of magnesium and arnica to spot treatment specific tender areas not only smells amazing, it also helps to massage the area to help loosen those muscles. I used about one to three sprays to massage into sore areas but also works with a simple spray. Truly LOVE this stuff. In my five years in the beauty industry, I have yet to discover magnesium for sore muscles until Alo Yoga. I was already a fan of their clothing line and yoga classes, and now I just love them all around. The Glow Oil and the Reset spray are a GOD-SEND for my sore muscles. I take spin classes with Peloton about 5 times a week, and my legs get so crampy. I am so bad about foam rolling, and sometimes im the middle of the night my legs will start hurting so bad. I use the Magnesium Reset spray after showering post-workout, and then also an night. I feel NO soreness or pain whatsoever! Lately I’ve also started using it in my hands and shoulder because they have started to hurt from typing/working from home. It has worked like a charm, and I just wish they sold it in a bigger bottle because I go through it crazy! Alo Yoga as a brand is clean in EU standards without 1800 ingredients that are questionable. Amla berry (antioxidant) is in this along with magnesium. Magnesium is one of those ingredients that we probably sorely lack in our bodies, it’s a vital nutrients. Three spritz of this adds 45mg of magnesium which contributes to a healthy immune system, our heartbeat, bones, nerves and muscle functions, etc .. Valerian root (which I’ve used before but not in body products)
had calming effect and treats muscle pain. Exactly what I need. Arnica can reduce swelling, pain and sore muscles. Again you see the picture here. The spray absolutely smells amazing ! It easily absorb into my skin. But remember I do have dry skin. After a long long day at work, I use this just spray it mostly on the neck, shoulders, back and rubbed it in. Even though there isn’t a cooling sensation like tiger balm or bio-freeze. This is not that. But it did helped me with sore, tired muscles.
