Hello everyone! My name is Aleyda and I am an all things beauty enthusiast! I was so excited to be able to try out the COOLA Dew Good Illuminating Serum with SPF 30. I’ve quickly become a huge fan of COOLA and haven’t been disappointed so far and this serum was not the exception! I absolutely loved this serum so much. It’s very lightweight and my skin absorbed it quickly and efficiently. It looks and smells like candy from the box to the bottle. There’s nothing better than a serum with a great scent that’s lightweight and allergy/sensitive skin friendly. One thing that caught my attention that I noticed was COOLA has Bluescreen protection in its product and that is something I haven’t heard much of and would like to see other brands follow their lead on. My only concern with this serum is on my days when my skin is feeling extra oily not to use it under make up as it looks extra greasy. I love wearing it on it’s own daily and has became my staple.

I tend to be skeptical of illuminators as a person with oily skin. A lot of them feel like they “break” apart underneath my makeup and just leave me an oilier than ever mess. That wasn’t the case here, I’m so pleasantly surprised by “Dew Good.”Packaged in gorgeous iridescent bottle this serum delivers moisture, a brighter complexion and SPF protection. There is no white cast (win for brown skin everywhere), it just melts into your skin and leaves you with a healthy glow. I love that this also adds a nice boost of Vitamin C and hyaluronic to my routine. Definitely want to do a special shoutout to the probiotic ingredients in this formula – my skin loves anything formulated with probiotics as it helps enrich your natural skin barrier. The fact that it’s a clean product, SPF protection, and actual skincare has made me fall in love.My only note here is that if you’re like me and have super sensitive skin- a double cleanse is needed after use. Otherwise, it may cause some minor breakouts. That isn’t enough for me to dock it of any stars – it’s just too good.
