Thank you so much for reading my review. I have over ten years in the beauty industry. As a little background, I have an autoimmune disease that affects my gut health directly. If my gut health is off, the entire health of my my body is off. I have been advised by experts and doctors to take collagen on a daily basis. I was excited to see how my body would handle this brand of collagen. To start off with, the packaging for a powder product and scoop is a bit annoying. The scoop gets lost every time and I had to dig for it. Second of all the instructions were a bit off. Per the packaging, I was to use 3 level scoops per serving. Per the website, I was to use one. The taste with three scoops was quite strong and barely tolerable. The texture is also off. I used a mechanical mixer to mix the product in water. It continuously clumped, so I was drinking clumps of this product. I did use it for months and noticed no change in my gut health. I didn't feel any better, I didn't feel any worse. I honestly would not re-purchase.

I used a small whisk to skim the powder together with a full 400 ML of water and the taste is very subtle and delicious. Not clumpy cakey or anything negative just a cool mint morning drink. Improved Hair skin and Nails coming right up!
