I have grown to become quite the fan of Laura Geller’s line of beauty products. The Just Swipe Eyeshadow is unique yet comfortably familiar. The applicator makes application an absolute breeze and the nme says it all “Just Swipe.” It is light and creamy with effortless blending. The colors are neutral and can easily be built upon for a more definied look or it can be worn as is for an easy, on-the-go, all day wear look. What is most impressive about this eyeshadow is it’s resiliance to heat and sweat. The look stays exactly as you applied it. I personally love to use this eyeshadow very lightly as a base and create my favorite looks over it. Press lightly to avoid overapplication and a heavy feel. I highly recommend this eyeshadow for those who are on-the-go and even those just starting a makeup routine. The natural colors and easy blending make this a great choice. With just a swipe of the wand, the Laura Gellar Just Swipe Eye Shadow liquid to powder shadow is easy to use, blends quickly, and leaves a powder finish without looking dry and cakey. After Twenty-one years as a makeup artist, I still find some great products products.I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and holding onto a makeup brush can sometimes be challenging. Have the freedom to sweep the doe-foot applicator across your lid or crease and blend out with your finger. Super simple, super easy. When I'm in the mood for a little more detail, I grab a fluffy blending brush and blend out any hard edges. I received two colors and, blended; they look super gorg.

As a makeup artist, I’m always excited to try out and play with new eye products. The just swipe cream shadow from Laura Geller was very interesting to test out. This is a cream shadow with a doe foot applicator, that can be used in several ways. You can swipe and go easily or use as part of a multi-shadow look. The product starts out cream but dries down like a powder. It’s easy to blend out but provides a lot of color/pigment payoff without any of the messy “fallout” that you can get with some powder shadows when building up an eye look. I definitely noticed that this product is more lightweight than most cream shadows which I personally liked. This would be great to use on more mature eyes because of the texture, it won’t settle or Cake into any wrinkles or lines like thicker creams. I would love to see more colors.
