The Laura Geller Spackle Mist Boost with Electrolytes is a water-based makeup mist that’s meant to boost your skin’s hydration while also setting makeup. What I loved about this product was the gentle, even mist application from the nozzle. Some misting sprays are too harsh of a spray or leave droplets on my makeup, which can be very frustrating. I loved that this nozzle evenly and gently distributes the product on the face without disrupting the finished product. I also loved that this product is very skincare infused with magnesium, zinc, and copper.&nbsp;What I didn’t love about this product was the scent. It smells a lot like brown sugar from Bath and Body works. It smells very artificial, and is super harsh. As someone who loads on the setting spray, I felt overwhelmed and choked by the product’s scent. I also didn’t like that the product doesn’t help with makeup transfer. After setting my makeup with this spray, I noticed that there was still a lot of transfer.&nbsp;Overall, I would like this product more if it was fragrance free or was more gently scented, but it doesn't melt and set makeup the way my favorite sprays do.

I really loved this setting spray! I'm kind of picky about spray nozzles, and this was a nice middle ground between "fine mist" and "shower." It did really well with layering, and even though I apply an actual ton of setting spray, it remained flexible and didn't hold the makeup so hard that it would begin to crack. I was delighted to find that my makeup lasted throughout New Years with absolutely no problems! Additionally, it has a very lovely scent, which I feel is light enough that it would be tolerable even for those who don't do well with fragrance. I'll have to put it through a few more weather tests, but I could definitely see this being a product I add to my kit once I run out of my current setting spray! Can't wait to see how this does in the summer!
