After using Solawave’s LightBoost Wand Activating Serum with their 4-in-1 Red Light Therapy Wand 3-5 days a week over the past month, I do not see any improvement in my skin’s appearance. While I was not expecting there to be any major improvements in my skin after having only used the wand for one month, I was however expecting for my skin to feel more hydrated after using the activating serum for over a month. Unfortunately, that just isn’t the case though, and my skin actually feels drier and more dehydrated than it did prior to me using Solawave’s serum. Solawave’s Lightboost Wand Activating Serum is supposed to be very hydrating, leaving your skin with a “velvety finish”, but I just didn’t have that experience when using this serum. After applying the serum to my face it immediately began to absorb and within 60 seconds there was no trace of serum having been applied, and my skin did not feel any softer, smoother, or moisturized like it normally does after applying serum. Because the serum absorbed so quickly into my skin I was not able to easily glide the wand over my skin for very long, and after 90 seconds at most it became very hard trying to move the wand across my skin, so I’d have to reapply more serum to the same section of my face in order to be able to finish using the wand on it. Since I had to apply the serum multiple times on each section of my face and neck to be able to use the wand correctly, the 30ml bottle is now almost empty after just a month. Typically a 30ml bottle of serum will last me 6-8 weeks and that’s with me using it 2x a day, everyday, so the fact that this bottle is near empty when I’ve only used it 3-5x in a week for just 4 weeks, is unsettling. On two different occasions in the past month I opted to use the wand with hyaluronic acid serum that I already had at home to see how they’d work when used together, and both times (used a different serum each time) I applied serum to each part of my face only once and was able to easily glide the wand over my face until I was done with the section. Besides using a lot less serum, I also noticed that my face looked plumper and firmer than it did when I used the Solawave activating serum with the wand. Due to the reasons just mentioned I would not purchase or recommend Solawave’s Lightboost Wand Activating Serum, but I’m hopeful that with continued use of the wand I’ll see improvements in my skin over time.

I have pretty dry skin and have been struggling a lot recently with dry patches randomly appearing but started to use this a few weeks back. I did not receive a full size but I completely finished the sample size and omg paired with the wand it's done wonders to my skin! I would also like to note that I was sick during this period and my skin tends to act up even more so then. I am so glad I received this along with the wand because I feel like my skin is back on track. It's rich and creamy without having to heavily rub into the skin like other thicker creams. It has now become a staple in my routine and cannot wait to try even more products paired with my wand. I highly recommend this to those with early signs of wrinkles or acne scars. The hydration in my skin is unreal

When I first heard about the light boost wand and activating serum, I was so excited to receive the product. I added this to my daily routine and shortly after I realized how time consuming the whole process was. I will say it made my skin feel softer and silkier but I never seen any change in my wrinkles. It doesn't have a very inviting aroma but it does say fragrance free. When applying to your skin be sure to use a few pumps because it dries quickly before your 3 minutes for each section is up. You have to keep adding more product. It is very time consuming. If you are in a hurry you won't have the time to use like suggested. 3 minutes for each section of your face. The wand is very easy to use. It heats up giving your face a warming feeling while it is massaging. It's compact so you can take it with you anywhere.
