Mally is a celebratory makeup artist and she didn’t like having closed door/or a closed set meaning that she wanted people to have amazing makeup/makeup tips at home. Mally is know for creating looks for the camera so when she created a brand, you know that it’s going to be long wearing. As a makeup artist for a long time I rarely see something react to a clients ph balance and their skin moisture. The bulletproof blush has ingredients that helps smooths the skin, restores oil and regulate skin moisture.The bulletproof powder blush reacts to the ph balance ! This is designed to not sit on the skin but to be part of it. The texture isn’t as smooth as I thought it would be but smooth enough. It does look different in the pan, the colors I received were proud pink and confident coral. The color proud pink looks so cool tone and a bit plummy but on me after applying it “warmed up” and melted into my skin. This bullet proof blush does have ingredients that are emollient so make sense that it looks so nice and natural. This is long wearing and buildable blush. It stayed on throughout my shift. The blush went well over my foundation and didn’t enhance texture. I don’t suggest to swirl your brush on the pan because you will pick up a lot of pigment, again people high pigment and you would look like you’re in the 1980’s unless thats that intense look you are going for. There’s nothing wrong with that though. But if you have a client of a darker skin tone, you might want to build up the color on those cheeks.

One of my favorite parts about being an expert with beautytap is getting to try products I wouldn’t have otherwise had the chance to!Mally has been consistently an amazing brand to try products from, and I’m thrilled to bring another review about their amazing facial products. The bulletproof blush is incredibly soft, highly pigmented and lasts all day. It looks almost soft focused on the skin, not quite airbrushed, but insanely beautiful and blends in so well on top of powder or liquids. I’ve also used it overtop of the cream blush and they pair so well together.

I was extremely excited to join Beautytap for the opportunity to try other kinds of products other then what I use on a normal basis! I was extremely excited to try this blush. Blush is a product that I rarely ever use, I'm very new to blush. I tried the Mally Bulletproof Powder Blush in the shade Confident Coral and I think it is a really pretty color. Its more of a dark pink, which I like. I think its also pigmented very well so you don't need to add that much, a little goes a long way. It also applies very smoothly. Not to mention, the packaging is gorgeous. I am looking forward to trying the other shades but I the shade Confident Coral will be my go to every day color.
