I found the Melach 33 Silky Shea Body Butter to be more of a body lotion than a butter. Butter creams are usually thicker in texture but the Melach 33 Silky Shea Body Butter is more watered down like a lotion. While my skin did drink it up pretty quickly, I didn't care for it being so watery. The Silky Shea Butter is formulated with Grapeseed Oil, Pomegranate Oil and Almond along with rich Shea Butter and Dead Sea Salt. I love that it's loaded with natural antioxidants and Salicylic Acid leaving my skin feeling smooth and soft. As a hairstylist, I have very dry hands due to the chemicals I work with and how often my hands are in water. My hands drank up the Melach 33 Silky Shea Body Butter like they hadn't had lotion in years. It smells light and fresh without any strong fragrances.

I have tried so many lotions as a licensed cosmetologist for 10 years and this shea body butter by Melach 33 is at the top of my list! It has the most beautiful scent that actually sticks around. It keeps my skin feeling hydrated without feeling sticky! It soaks in almost immediately, but doesn’t lose its hydrating feel when it does soak in! I have been so obsessed with this body butter that I have used it every day since receiving it. I have lots of tattoos and this body butter makes them look brand new! This is definitely a huge win in my books! The ingredients are clean and great for your skin. I love using this body butter right out of the shower when my skin is still slightly damp. It seems to really lock in the moisture. I will definitely be purchasing this when I run out! I am obsessed!

The texture is incredible it’s creamy and whipped but very fresh and cooling as well. It absorbs quickly and feels so lightweight on the skin for a shea butter blend. This nourishing and hydrating body butter is amazing for dry aging skin. It helps to strengthen and replenish your skin barrier. For $52 for the amount of product you get and the formula and amazing ingredients as a beauty retail expert of 5 years I highly recommend this and think it’s worth the price.
