I love including supplements in my routine and lately I’ve been super into beauty supplements so I was excited to try these! I’ve been hearing a lot about NAD recently and have been interested in trying it and these capsules seemed like the perfect way to jump into the world of NAD. I always educate myself as best I can when starting a new supplement and I always consult with a doctor to make sure they’re right for me, and it was fun learning about how beneficial NAD supplements are to our bodies as we age, because it naturally decreases over time. I love that this supplement works on a cellular level so even if the effects aren’t immediately visible, it’s working on the inside to help slow down the aging process. It’s also extremely cool that it was developed by a team of Harvard and MIT scientists. I’ve only been using it for a month, so most of the benefits are happening internally at this point, but I have noticed my skin looking much more hydrated and plump. I notice that my dark circles are less visible as well. I take these in the morning as instructed for the added energy benefit. I also love the glass jar, I will totally be upcycling this and reusing it!

I took it daily for about a month—two capsules with a meal—and found it easy to incorporate into my routine. The aftertaste was a bit off-putting at first, but not unbearable. While I didn’t see dramatic changes in my skin, I did notice a subtle, steady boost in my daily energy—especially during the mid-afternoon hours when I typically feel sluggish. It gave me a more balanced sense of alertness without any jittery side effects. I believe longer use may reveal more noticeable benefits. I’m definitely open to continuing. Overall, it feels like a gentle and promising start to supporting long-term wellness and cellular vitality.

first I’ll review the packaging and jar. The packing was typical but nicely done and simple with measures taken to ensure the producer stays fresh. The jar is glass and has a plastic screw top lid. I really like the fogged glass and how luxurious it appears and feels. After using the supplements for 30 days, I have noticed a slight difference in my energy levels, mood and my skin. My energy has been slightly elevated, my mood has been more happy and clear headed (less brain fog) and my skin has been slightly more plump. As someone who works in the beauty and medical aesthetics field that offers NAD as a service, for pill supplements these do work as an NAD pill would. You’ll see slight improvements if taken consistently. I’d recommend this to anyone who doesn’t like needles, shots or IV’s for NAD.
