"The Laura Geller Shine N Shield lip balm is the perfect summer must have! There’s a beautiful shade range I tried golden hour and I honestly think the color is very universal and would look good with a lot of skin tones it’s the perfect pinky tone that’s not to rich that it stands out it looks natural and has a beautiful shine . This product contains SPF 15 which is why it’s perfect for year round wear especially in the summer time to help prevent dry burnt lips when people spend most of there days exposed to damaging sun rays. Most people think they are protecting their skin by applying a daily sun screen or product that contains SPF to there skin during there skin care routine but completely forgetting there lips need protection too! It adds a beautiful shine to the lips while protecting them the consistency is amazing and not sticky or wet making it perfect for all day wear, it’s recommended to re apply every 80 minutes or so especially when swimming but honestly I find myself applying more often because of how pretty it looks on the lips it’s a 16ML product which is honestly a lot of a lip balm per product compared to similar on the market which I think adds to the appeal the packaging is sleek and aesthetic very traditional Laura Geller elegance and it smells great not chemically like some balms do which makes wearing it a nice experience . The product box also has a section on the side talking about sun protection measures informing clients about the danger of UVA and UVB rays it states  spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin, cancer, and early aging and then offers some tips on how to decrease your risk of skin cancer and damage, such as using an SPF regularly limiting time in the sun, especially from 10 AM to 2 PM wearing long sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses using water resistant sunscreen and to reapply every two hours I love that the boxes taking the time to educate the people about the risk of skin cancer it really just shows that Laura Geller cares about their customers  and wants to make a good products that are beneficial but also beautiful. I think this is perfect for anyone any gender any age.
My favorite part of the product is the silky consistency it has not greasy it feels protective without leaving behind a waxy residue and has great ingredients that lock in moisture and hydration. It can be easily layered with your favorite lip products to cater a unique look for you making it very versatile making it many products in one if your looking for a lip balm that crosses many boxes and is over all an amazing option for every day wear this is the lip product for you! I would highly highly recommend this to anyone in the market for an amazing lip product and will definitely be repurchasing in the future ! "

"I got this in the shade Bliss on the Beach, which is described as a ""dusty rose"" color. I would say that that description is accurate. On my lips, the color ends up being a pretty natural looking shade that compliments my light neutral-cool skin and looks natural on my lips.

The texture is thick but easy to apply and spread. It doesn't leave my lips overly sticky which is a plus.

The applicator on this is nice. They allow me to dispense the right amount of product and feel good when applying the product. It's easy to get just the amount I want instead of wasting.

I love that this is both flattering and has SPF. It's too easy to forget about your lips when considering sun damage, so something that can be used as both makeup and as a protective layer against the sun's harmful rays is welcomed into my skincare routine.

This is also easy to bring along , I bring with me to the water park to help protect while in sun all day.
