Now the sea buckthorn supplements are awesome. They don’t taste like anything most of all. And they don’t have a bad aftertaste either, it has a lot of omega 7 which is good for the heart. And helps your hair and nails grow. Now for me I have a hard time growing my nails and keeping them strong and healthy. These supplements are really doing it. I noticed a little of growth after a week of using this product to. It also makes your hair grow faster.But for me I won’t be able to tell right now because I have a protective style in my hair right now. I say in a few weeks I’ll be able to say more. And with the supplements you can take it with or without food. With these supplements if taking them like your suppose to . In order for you to make a difference on your canvas.  Your face you need to take care of your internal and external they are both equally important.

I only just started taking the Sibu Omega-7 Sea Buckthorn Oil supplements for a little over a week now, so understand I will have to wait a little longer to really see a change. Usually vitamins/supplements take 3-4 weeks to see change to your skin, body, etc. But I'm already noticing small changing in my nails. They're much stronger than they were prior. My nails would break easy and get caught on items. I'm finding them more durable and stronger. I also have been experiencing a lot of hair loss over the past year between the stress with COVID and a prescription medication i've been taking for my migraines. I'm slowly starting to notice more strength in my hair and less breakage. I'm excited to continue to use these supplements and will absolutely be finding myself buying another bottle. I think this is beyond helpful for anyone dealing with hair loss, weak nails and dull skin.

I just began taking these supplements a little over two weeks ago, so I haven't seen a huge difference. However, I have noticed that my nails in particular seem to be much stronger than they were prior to taking these.  In addition, my skin has a nice glow to it which is always much appreciated. In my previous experience, high concentrations of biotin sometimes cause acne, but with this brand, I haven't noticed this or experienced any breakouts. The supplements themselves are a nice size and don't feel like you're trying to swallow a horse pill which is nice. The only con I would mention with these is to make sure you take them with a meal or a snack or else you may feel a little nauseous.  I received this product complementary from BeautyTap.
