The SKIN1004 Probio-CICA Essence Toner has been a great addition to my routine! My skin has transformed! I love the radiant glow it gives me. I love using this right after a deep cleanse. It is lightweight and hydrating. I truly feel like it makes my other skincare products work better. After cleansing, I press it into my skin with my hands, and follow up with the rest of my routine! My skin looks incredibly healthy and radiant. I can confidently recommend the SKIN1004 Probio-CICA Essence Toner to anyone with normal to dry skin, especially if you want to amp up your hydration. There's no overwhelming scent. It absorbs into the skin very nicely, leaving the skin incredibly soft and deeply hydrated. It's also packed with clean ingredients and you get a generous amount of product at an affordable price.

As a professional makeup artist in the entertainment industry, I love testing out new products that I can use myself as well as use in my kit on set and recommend to my clients.The Skin 1004 Probio-CICA Essence Toner is one of those products that I wanted to like more than I ended up doing. I knew it was thicker than a regular micellar water or rosewater toner, but I was not prepared for that. I tried it on regular cotton rounds as well as reusable rounds, but it felt like it was just sitting on the surface for a few seconds pooling and then it was just soaked into the pad and I couldn't get any on my face. I tried just applying it directly to my face with my hands and that worked ten times better. The toner itself felt great on the skin, but felt to me much closer to a serum. It left my skin hydrated and refreshed, but I definitely recommend not using it on a cotton round or other applicator, but instead straight on the skin.Skin 1004 is truly cruelty-free. They don't test finished products or ingredients on animals, and neither do their suppliers or any third-parties. They also don't sell their products where animal testing is required by law. They are also certified vegan by PETA

Now what I do appreciate is a great toner and I believe SKIN 1004 does get it right with this, to an <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://extent.you">extent.you</a> have to lay around with the amount you want. Too little then it’ll leave you drier than Kim Kardashian talking about weather in Calabasas with Saint singing Spider-man in the background. Too much and it’s wetter than a 40 year old fresh divorced woman who’s just gotten her second wind at life and keeps eyeing the bartender at the lounge that gave her the same wink he gives everyone. It”s a good everyday toner to add into rotation and I will definitely continue to do so in my evening routine. I just think it works better with actual esthetic squares instead of your basic over the counter cotton rounds. It’s a good investment and great for feeding me skin.
