Macrene Actives high performance face cream has completely changed my perspective on clean luxury skincare. At first the cream looks thick but once you apply it, it’s very rich and creamy in texture it literally melts into the skin like butter. It took some time getting used to the idea of applying this before the face serum but the results are worth it. Although it is fragrance free it does have a natural earthy scent similar to the rest of the skin+ earth collection. It’s gentle and effective formula lives up to the name as a high performance cream. I use this both morning and night and I am amazed by my results in the short amount of time I’ve been using this cream. Not only are my fine lines less visible my skin is firmer and more even toned. As someone with acne prone skin this didn’t brake me out or clog my pores I’ve actually noticed my skin has cleared up.

Hi everyone! From the moment I became a cosmetologist, I have been super intrigued with skincare and finding new product that works for me to be able to share with friends, family, and clients. I was beyond excited to be able to try out Macrene Actives Skin+Earth : High Performance Face Cream. I don’t know what it is but I’ve had the worse experience with this brand so far. I used it on damn skin but as soon as I applied it and started spreading it out it started getting a white cast on me. I tried doing it on damn skin as well to see if it made a difference but it kept doing the same thing. The moisturizer is also too heavy for my skin and felt buttery after and not in a good way. I’m also one hundred percent convinced this skincare broke me out and caused bumps on my skin. I used it for a week then stopped using it and the bumps and breakouts went away. Tried it again a week later and the exact same thing happened so I rinsed it off and immediately stopped using it.
