This black charcoal double bubble cleanser, formulated with Charcoal and Rosemary extracts, is a deeply purifying mask and cleanser in one convenient product. The gel textured formula creates rich bubbles on its own, creating a rich lather of micro bubbles that gently yet effectively remove makeup, dirt and other impurities.<ul><li data-block-key="ucq7q">As a Cleanser – apply to dry skin and allow the bubbles form. Massage in circular motions to remove makeup and impurities, then rinse off.</li><li data-block-key="030pf">As a Mask – apply to dry skin and allow the bubbles to form. Massage in circular motions. As a licensed aesthetician and certified medical aesthetician, I am always excited to try new skincare products that I can use on myself, as well as on my clients! I have a lot of clients who suffer from acne and excessively oily skin as well, so being given the opportunity to try a charcoal based product (purifying/clarifying) that is also fun and bubbles up made me very happy! The first thing I loved about this cleanser was the subtle, clean fragrance because generally I dislike any product with an overpowering scent and sometimes it’s enough to get me to stop using a product altogether! My favorite thing about this cleanser however, is by far the way it made my skin feel squeaky clean, yet I did not feel like my skin had been stripped of its natural oils like most oil/acne products do. I would recommend this to anyone dealing with acne, overly oily skin, or even just those who would like a little skin detox every now and then!

I really liked this cleanser and mask duo! I’ve used Soo’Ae products before and as a licensed aesthetician I like to recommend this brand for those looking for affordable and effective skin care with clean ingredients. This cleanser has recently become especially helpful to me because I started to break out due to my cycle being just around the corner and this has helped calm my breakout and keep my pores clean. Its also very effective in removing makeup! And let me tell you, I use the no budge all day wear type of foundation. This cleanser removed it! Not a trace of my foundation left over. As a mask its so soothing. I love the feeling of the micro bubbles forming on my skin, and after I rinse it away my skin feels so clean, no dry and tight feeling after, just clean and refreshed. I recommend this product be used when needed not on a daily basis as it is a deeper cleansing product so regular daily use of this product could cause dryness. While using this product, I myself only used it when I was breaking out and only at night, then I used my regular milk cleanser in the mornings. As a result I didn’t experience any irritation or dryness that others have described in their reviews. So in conclusion use only when needed and make sure to use a good moisturizer after to avoid dryness or dullness.

I tried this facial cleanser with charcoal powder and plant based properties and at first I loved it. It was really cool the way it was black then transformed into this bubbly white foam. Once I added warm water it became really creamy and completely washed my skin clean. I used this cleanser for a few days and around the fourth day I didn’t love it as much. My skin started to be irritated and I noticed bumps only around my chin area. It wasn’t a lot of bumps but it was noticeable so I stopped using it daily. I think this type of deep cleanser is needed to really clear pores and give the skin a refresh. I do not think it is good to use daily.
