Really like this sponge. It’s super soft and easy to use. It has a flat back with a ribbon strip across, to easily hold on to with your fingers. You can use it wet or dry. It picks up my setting powder great, and applies it seamlessly. I have only been using a skin tint or concealer as base products lately as it’s so hot and humid where I live. I use the Kosas cloud set powder and this works great with it. I don’t usually use a sponge for powder, but I might be a convert now because this sponge is large enough to pick up quite a bit, tap it on and be done.&nbsp;I love the case this sponge comes in. It’s a clear plastic, easy to open and close, and assures you won’t get any other product on it. I wish more sponges came with cases! As long as the sponge is dry after using, it’s really a great idea for storage.&nbsp;Overall, this is on par with a beauty blender for softness and efficacy. I think it helps blend product really well and I’m very happy with it.&nbsp;Note this review is for the regular Tap that Puff, not the mini size, but i’m unable to leave a review on that product.

This cushion sponge from Sephora is something that I have been reaching for a lot this week to help me apply makeup and there are so many reasons that I really like it. The first is how it comes in a box that you can reuse to store it so that the sponge will not collect dust something that I usually think about with how makeup sponges are just exposed to dust that you could then be putting on your face). I also like that it has a strap that you could use to hold it easily and the pointed tip at the top for precise application like blending out your concealer in your under eye area. It also feels so soft on the face I like the texture of it and the softness. It is also nice that you can use it both dry and wet depending on what you need it for. Its also super easy to wash and squeeze dry. It is also supposed to absorb less product and I can't confirm that because I am using the same amount of product that I always use but overall I still love using it to apply my foundations and blend my concealer.

I have to be honest in saying this is the first sponge I have ever used I normally use my fingers to apply and a brush to distribute and blend so I don't have any other sponge to compare to but I found it to feel nice on my skin however as far as how much product I had to use and how well it blended I personally prefer my normal way of applying foundation. For those who prefer using using a sponge you may like this one because it is very soft on your skin, it is made to be the perfect size and shape making applying makeup around the eyes pretty easy, it also has a strap on the back so your not having to worry about dropping it as easy, and it comes with a cute little case so you have somewhere to store it once it's washed and dries fully which is great to have.
