Im always hesitant when it comes to toners as i always end up getting irritating my skin. I have combination skin, but depending on the season it can either get very oily during the hot months and dry during the cold months. The was this toner is advertised was also confusing to me as it states that its a toner, make up remover and cleanser all in one. But I used it more as a toner, after using a gentle cleanser before hand. Honestly this product felt very nice on my skin. I used it before adding any serums and already it made my skin feel nice to the touch. The gentle formula is filled with humectants that draw in moisture and nourishing amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.
And it leaves your skin feeling so soft dur to its ingredients that include: 
Algae extract, which are powerhouse of nutrients, minerals that can help draw toxins from the skin, antioxidants and peptides.
Bamboo extract which is an antioxidant, which keeps your skin safe from damaging free radicals. It also diminishes fine lines and keeps your skin comparatively supple and moisturised.
And of course coconut water, which is everyone’s favorite ingredient. Coconut water contains vitamins, like vitamin B2, vitamin B3, and vitamin C, as well as other ingredients that may be beneficial to the skin. Consuming coconut water may help reduce wrinkles and fine lines increase skin hydration and elasticity.
Overall its a nice product but i would definitely recommend for someone with skin more on the dry side and for these cold months.

This baby cheeks all in one milk toner did it for me! My skin has been lacking hydration the past few weeks. I’ve been experiencing dry and flakiness around my nose and mouth area. Ok, first I have dry skin and am always on the hunt for a new hydrating step in my skincare routine. Coconut water is very hydrating and one of the main ingredients. Also, I am all about good skincare hygiene, and the fact that this toner comes in a pump is a huge plus! I've been using this strictly as a toner, after I cleanse and before applying serums and moisturizer. I do.one or two pumps on a cotton pad and gently sweep it all over. My skin instantly feels more hydrated and this is a bit richer than other hydrating toners I've tried which I absolutely love! This is also great, because if you happen to have a bit of residue or makeup still on your skin, this toner will also remove whatever is left. I did try it as a makeup Remover around my eyes and eyebrows and you can definitely use it this way as well, I just personally prefer to use it after cleansing.
