Discover beauty through professional reviews
Hey guys!!! My name is Shannon Brush, and I will be your Beauty Advisor!! I am a 23 year old, professional makeup artist based out of Kansas City, Missouri. I have been a professional artist for about a year, but my love for makeup/skincare goes way back to middle school. I have always had an outgoing, creative personality, and fell in love with the makeup and beauty industry because I fit right in.
In 2018, I posted tutorials to YouTube for a while before being hired on full-time as a Beauty Advisor with Lancome Cosmetics. In 2019, I attended a cosmetic training class in Dallas, Texas, and trained with Maria Roybal (Lancome Area Educational Manager). We trained for 3 days, 8 hours a day, on the basics of skincare, application of skincare, different skin types, and makeup application and color theory. Continuing my journey through my career, I am now an official Beauty Advisor for Beautytap!
Welcome aboard! I am so excited to meet each and every one of you!

Happy #texturetuesday feat. the creamy and dreamy Restorsea Revitalizing Eye Cream! This has been my go-to eye cream because I feel like it helps the most with my dark circles! I don’t really struggle with anything other than dark circles, but this cream keeps the skin around my eyes looking tights young & healthy! It protects against #crowsfeet and #wrinkles around the eyes, leaving you with youthful skin❤
⭐It’s #sensitiveskin #sensitiveeyes friendly, & safe for contact lense wearers such as myself to use!
⭐Its key 🔑 ingredient is a patented formula by #restorsea called Aquabeautine XL, which is an enzyme obtained after the hatching of baby salmon in N[Read more]
I can finally put out the brushes I use on a daily because we can actually keep my cat away from my desk now😂🥰🙌
My fragrance shelf is so so cute!😍😍
Got some new headbands for when I’m filming/for photos!
I recently posted a tutorial on how I do my brows! I get asked this question constantly so I figured I would make a separate video for it!
I use Just for Men hair dye is the shade 35-M and go in about every 5 days and re-tint them, but if you like your brows less dramatic then you can wait a week or two before filling them in again! It’s a great, semi-permanent way to get thicker, darker, fuller brows without spending tons of $$ at a salon for tinting or microblading!
Re-did my makeup/beauty studio and we moved it into a different room! It looks so nice now! It’s not all the way finished yet but I am slowly working on it lol 😂😂
So I found this little baby Mason jar (it actually previously held a candle) and I repurposed it into a little holder for my minis! I love re-purposing items, especially because it is sustainable!
Question: What are your guys\’ go-to sunblock/sunscreen products for the summertime? 🌞☀🌊🌻
Happy Monday everyone! I hope everyone has a great week filled with positivity!

So this is my cat Myles and this is how much he loves my beauty desk. He sits in the chair, and then he sits on top of my desk too. He is so cute! Happy Saturday, everyone!
8 benefits/uses of the amazing Moringa oil!
So this is a super fun way to organize your bullet lipsticks, and it also keeps them more sanitary now that we have to be more conscious about that! These are called Vueset palettes, and you can get them here >> https://www.beautylish.com/s/vueset-tahiti
I love to use these because you can choose what colors you want, where you want them, ect. You can also use these for organizing cream concealers, foundations, ect. They are super versatile, and like I said, they are more sanitary than using the actual product. You can just take a disposable wand and dip it in (don’t double dip!) I actually use these for client makeovers, but if you are just an everyday lipstick user, they are super n[Read more]
My home studio is so cute, cozy, and practical! If you have to work from home, having a space for yourself is crucial! The nice thing is, I can use it for makeup looks, filming, editing, or just working on my computer, so it’s very versatile! The big file cabinet has all my files and documents, and then the top drawer has makeup, and on top are my notebooks/planner. The two drawers in my beauty desk are both organized and full of makeup. My skincare shelf is one of my favorite parts of my little cove, and I also have my nicer products organized on top of my desk on an antique China plate. I also have a rotating lipstick tower on top of my desk full of lipstick, liquid lips, ect. For my lip l[Read more]
