Naternal was created out of love for a child that was having night terrors, so she wouldn’t have to be on pharmaceuticals. I do believe that doctors do go right to prescriptions so that this helps people with sleep and anxiety is so helpful. CDC guildline for adults are 7+ hours of sleep. Right now I can tell you that this is not me. 
The Naternal Rest Cbd + cbn is a new thing to me, well half. I have used Cbd products before but cbn is new to me. CBN is created when THC-A oxidizes.CBN can be used effectively as a sleep aid. Cbd helps with anxiety and stress. This for me doesn’t taste so good. I did like the lavender but I can still taste the herbal part. Ok so here’s the deal I have been so stressed out and my anxiety levels are through there roof. Im not one to get to sleep easily at all. Did it get me to sleep faster ? I have no idea. I don’t know if my body just gave out on me or this helped to get me to rest. I believe it help with anxiety levels.

First of all, I will disclose that I have insomnia at times and have trouble getting asleep AND staying asleep. I take other sleep aid supplements and have been prescribed medication also. So, in short I've been, there done that and can say that this product is the real deal and I'm here to share my experience. 

So packaging super hippy science-y cute. I love the description of what a full spectrum hemp oil is. "Purity, integrity, and wellness" - what ideal values to live up to. Makes you think that the people who make this stuff really care about getting you the best that's available. Then there's a dosing guide which breaks down the exact MG of CBD and CBN- wow how scientific! 

I took the supplement  at night as directed for about a week. And definitely felt like my sleep was more restful when taking the supplement. Like I would even sleep less than my usual 8-9 hours and still feel as rested when taking the supplement at 7 or so. Awesome!

It tastes like lavender and that earthy green taste but is so smooth. No water needed. Verdict- it's a must try as a sleep booster or just to revamp your night's rest, for sure worth it!

I was given the Naternal CBD + CBN tincture from BeautyTap in  exchange for my honest review of the product! Going into the use of this product I was very unsure of how to use it. When looking around the packaging, it doesn’t clearly state that you will be ingesting it. Once I figured out how to use, via a google search, I dropped a bit under my tongue before bed. I don’t know what I was expecting but it was just….kinda….gross. Based on reviews that I myself have read, it is a much milder option for anyone who is wanting to start using a CBD tincture to help ease the mind into sleep. I, for one, have NO issue getting and staying asleep. The taste isn’t TERRIBLE, it’s just not something I would prefer to taste on purpose. HA! It’s a very earthy taste with a tad bit of sweet with the vanilla. When I took this product, I do feel like I fell asleep faster than I normally would, and there was more of that heavy sense of calm that CBD is known for. Overall, I see value in this product for someone who truly needs help falling asleep or staying asleep, that person is just not me. Happy sleeping!
