As a cosmetologist that focused on hair for over 21 years, I was excited to try this product. It can be difficult to find products that work well and leave your hair nice. Tricoci delivered for the most part.

This stuff was okay. I wasn’t a huge fan of it, as it didn’t amplify the roots as much as I was hoping for. Personally I struggle with trying to keep my roots down, so I tried this product on a few of my clients that have hair that hangs and is thinner. To be honest I had to add my powder root lift to the hair, even after we styled it. Now, I tried it on my daughter's hair. She loves it to be big and did help to lift her roots a bit more than normal. It may be that it doesn’t work as well on thinner hair, which could be an issue, as those are the clients that want it the most. The scent of this product was very much like alcohol with a hint of a perfumy smell. This kind of made a few of my clients nervous, as they have thin dry hair already. The product didn’t seem to dry out their hair though, so it may just be the scent and not actual heavy alcohol in the product. This product is great if you aren’t dealing with thinning hair.

If you travel a lot, a busy business person or a parent that s on the run all the time this riot amplifier is the best product to get the most chic hair looks. I love to use this especially on the days I don’t have time to touch up my hair to boost the volume a little and give a little bit of amp to the hair to freshen up the look. I love to also use it after straightening since the styling lays my hair down too flat. I spray a little on the roots let it air dry and style as it dries down. It is a perfect touch up when you have international traveling in your life all the time so that you can have that beautiful hair day as everyone else after hours of flying or driving. You can also use this wonder booster for your little ones if they are performing and have so flat hair. I have never used a root amplifier in my life so I was not sure what to expect with this product. I applied this on damp hair at the roots and blow-dried my hair with my head upside down. I do think it added a little bit of volume to my hair, but the only thing I did not like about this product was the way it made my hair feel. It gave me the same feeling I get on my hair after I use dry shampoo. I see that alcohol is the first thing on the list of ingredients and could explain why my scalp felt so dry and got a little flaky after using this product for a few days. Although I will say that this product smelled amazing! I just wish it was not so drying on my scalp.
